If you’re here, I’m doing a happy dance. Why? Because it means you like what I do – maybe even enough to entrust your memories to me. There’s nothing a photographer values more than that.
This page will tell you more than just my rates. You can use it as a guide for your upcoming photo session!
I don’t want your photos to look like everyone else’s. Whether you’re a family, a couple, or looking to pamper yourself with a boudoir or birthday session, I can’t wait to work with you. I want to make sure I show you in the way your loved ones see you: as your best self.
If you haven’t gotten a chance to look at my work (I’m not judging!) you can see my galleries here, or check out my Facebook and Instagram. Save your favorite images and we can talk about them during your planning session!

locations
Where you choose to have your photo session makes a difference. If you’re stuck on where to go – don’t worry; that’s my job! You have three options to start the decision-making process (we’ll discuss it at your planning session):
– Let me choose a location (I’ll give you several options, from Big Talbot to Camp Milton to anywhere in between)
– You choose a location. This is how you can make your photos the most meaningful! Is there a special place you love to go when you want to get outside? Do you love hanging out at home, in the kitchen, baking with your loved ones? Do you have meaningful memories tied to one of our beautiful historic neighborhoods? Do you know of a super cute Airbnb in town?
– Spring for booking some time at a HomeStudioList location. Their spaces are cozy and curated specifically for photo shoots, so you can be assured they’ll be photo ready!
what to wear
If you’re like me, you need to be told rule #1 of photo session wardrobe: DON’T OVERTHINK IT. Whether you want to dress up and go glam, or you’re wanting to go casual and capture your everyday self, keep it simple. I have several dresses + tops for women in my studio wardrobe, or you can check out these retailers for inspiration:
– BOBBYK Boutique (in the Springfield neighborhood! #supportlocal)
– Free People (pictured to the left)
– Zara
Don’t forget to bring things along that inject your personality into your session! Whether it’s your favorite whiskey, your ukelele, or the beach hat you bought in Hawaii – it’s all you!
I’m always available for your questions, concerns, or panicked outfit photos in the fitting room!
